I was crying while watching this. I remember when I was young, we were living in a far place we called it "Barrio "we have lots of pet like ducks, chicken, pigs and so many more. Sorrounded with plenty of veggies. I felt so sorry for myself that time because I want to live in the city. I wanna see buildings, mall but this pandemic made me realize that all are nothing but a peaceful and simple life is more important. Keep going dear, thank u for sharing a piece of your life to us. Yeah I lived in the countryside too But we also had no technology and I think life was simpler and happier with less technology too

I don’t think we’re supposed to understand how Julia is able to create a beautiful piece of art. Rather we appreciate, it’s one of the many things that make us different. Your creative process deals with different materials, etc. but it’s amazing the close you have made. I’m excited for new video from you two, and I’m still impressed. Thank you both for sharing your stories!!

I always imagine that I’ve been transported to the earth millions of years ago. Because I know this is exactly what is was like. I remember when I was a little boy. My mom had a tredle type sewing machine. She had to paddle her foot all of the time to get the machine to work right.

Anastasia who climbs and swings with such ease whilst amongst the base of the trees. Whom may also seek solace solely higher up in the trees. So as to read or only muse over the view from her perch over looking the river and trees. Even take to battle with the threat of harsh brush in her serene forest full of life and lush greens. Now captured on canvas. (The Wood Nymph At Peace). Beautiful simply beautiful Julia. Love your talents and lively farm.

Anastasia your sewing skills are amazing! As are Julia’s painting skills. You guys are both so wonderful to watch and are so inspiring. I love watching you sew Anastasia and seeing you smile and laugh makes ma smile as well. I do all kinds of craft type things myself and I have a sewing shop with about 6 sewing machines for different purposes. Huck Scarry used to sell his paintings on the sidewalk down along Lac Leman, in Ouchy when we were students at Ecole Nouvelle. Huck's late father, Richard Scarry wrote had over 200 childrens' books.
