Fluval is a great choice. I highly recommend it.

Can't go wrong with Fluval!
I use: * 30% Organic potting soil (any) * 70% Black, inert Flourite And then I cover all of that with sand/whatever decorative substrate. Works for years, no fertz required.

That's a great way to set up your substrate! The walstad method is also a very popular -similar method as well
I just bought Fluval Stratum to try to make a nicer planted tank... 😊
