A smile could be seen as an invitation when in truth they just want to pump iron. Now if they start itching close to you in the coming days or weeks than make your move at worst, she will say no. The gym is a buffet of human physiques from 500 pounders to those at 10% body fat or less, sometimes you just want to look and nothing else. Pump iron

Why do you care? DO NOT smile. If you smile, you come off as soft, feminine, and a cornball like every other beta. Act like a real alpha and stare until she looks away first. Approach her, introduce yourself real quick, let her know what's sup and tell her to take down your number. Thats it

@@Elephantsnotdonkeyswhat if shes your boss and you can hold eye contact all the time and some days we avoid it so we speak easier to each other... Some times she turns slightly away from me and doesnt look at me yet speaks with me( she started the conversation) Keep in mind that shes the one who engage the most and laughs and some days shes quiet and some days shes is full of happines and she says my jokes so we all laugh..
I literally do contortions with my head NOT to make eye contact w/unattractive men and they persist until I walk by and loudly say "MY God!!" If a cute guy ignores me I respect his space and do NOT stare all day at him It is annoying!!!
Man I wish I was living life on "Easy" mode. I've been a gym rat for years and whether I'm at the gym, the grocery store, the bar, whatever, the pattern is always the same. I'll see her looking at me, I'll go over and talk to her, and she'll give lots of IOI's such as smiling, giggling, twirling her hair, locking eye contact etc. But the next time I see her, she'll completely avoid me, won't make eye contact, will move away if I go near her, and makes it obvious that she's disinterested. This is the pattern I get 90% of the time. For a while I thought someone at the gym was telling the girls to avoid me, but when it also happened at other places, I knew that couldn't be the case. I've had girls that came up to me and offered to give me their number do this as well, so I know they're not pretending or being nice.

could have turn them off "after" the fact. Are you constantly looking around to check for women? When you do see those signs do you hesitate & wait? Do you know what to say when you do finally approach? Get the G&S Handbook for free on the website & read it
