Its much prettier on the east, real waves, not bath water. Pensacola is scummy. Siesta key is a small stretch. Fat hasslehoofs. East is a more hip crowd

Thank you for sharing your insight into the coast-to-coast comparisons. I would love to hear about safe, neighborhoods in eact county and each of the cities in the county; for example - how is West Hollywood area to move from other states as compared to other areas in broward county?

For walkability and bike riding close to water but away from loud busy roads would you say the east coast or west coast is better? (not big cities, normal sized cities/areas) Thank you!

Imho… the West coast has become more crowded in a lot of spots… the East coast is much longer as far as beach area, so there are lots of pockets of less crowded areas.

is Daytona beach shores a great place to buy a 2 bedroom condo compare to other areas in Florida?

Love miami , but has become extremely expensive !! Rent is very high , cost of loving it is crazy !!! We love the beach , we go very often but it is very expensive to leave here and salaries very low !! so guys do your homework

An Arm and both legs. lol. You desire to live in a disaster area and we are sick of bailing you all out. Dont move there unless you have money to throw away. I helped haul a whole house of possessions out to the curb after a storm. It is alot of work and it is hard to get done with the homeowner bawling about ruined pics of their menagerie of dead family pets.

@@thomasallen6980 I'm already here and I know the answer to my own question. I find these real estate videos annoying. I like to ask questions real estate agents don't want to answer. I hold real estate agents in low regard, like used car salesmen. Real estate sales tends to attract a shady type of personality. If you happen to find a good one, stick with him or her. Honest, hard working real estate agents are few and far between. Any half wit can get a real estate agents license. .
