The mountains always help me SLOW DOWN 💫 That’s where I learnt the importance of taking a
step back sometimes! We’ve grown up hearing about “hustle” and glorify being burnt out and
exhausted, and when you learn about “slowing down” you see a whole new meaning to life itself🌸💫
