If you know me or have followed me from the start...I tend to lean towards sheer nude pantyhose, but I wonder if people in my office actually prefer black?

The black is a great compliment to the outfit!
The black pantyhose would be my first choice. It flows well with your darker hair and makes the dress you are wearing pop. Shoe wise I’d would say a black mild heel or a black flat.

The sheer black looks good. The nude is too light. Tan is unbeatable.
Normally I'm partial to nude or tan, but the off-black sheer pantyhose goes with the dress incredibly well!!! Maybe it's the way that it flows with your hair color, while the dress matches your skin tone. Who knows? Sometimes contrast is a good thing in fashion. You're lookin good Layla! Keep it up!

Black is just fine, nice gentle contrast with the beige dress.
Cute outfit. Both pairs work well, but I think it’s the shoes that would make or break the outfit altogether. Black heels with black pantyhose and with the tan pantyhose you could add a splash of colour. Lounging on the couch wearing pantyhose is your super power.
