I have seen many play throughs of this game. Armor and Damage are the more useful ones. Charles will catch up to you no matter how fast you are.

@@iliketraps9190 I saw 2 playthroughs were they maxed speed and the spider literally speeds up to keep up and do damage to train. I'm not saying it's completely useless but out of the 3 upgrades it is the worst one.

@@SopaDeQuesoCaliente you see the difference in efficiency from when grizzy first starts using the flamethrower where charles goes so fast the he can catch you even if slowed. once you reach a certain speed you can actually stop charles from ever reaching you if you keep slowing him. along with reducing overall travel time and thus reducing how often you end up fighting charles between each mission. massively reducing the scrap you need to spend on repairs.

Side note even though you beat the game, you can shoot through the train at Charles if your in reverse. The train itself has no hit detection from your weapons. So if your driving in reverse and Charles spawns in front of your train you can turn the gun and shoot him through the train.
