@@angc1456 many people don’t really listen to song lyrics until much later. Or, they misunderstand the lyrics for years and then one day it hits them.

Surprised how many dislike because the arrangement has been changed slightly. Brilliantly done.

Love SP. Love 1979. And this cover is good for what it is. My only complaint is that it’s very low-T. Might be something that my tween daughter would sing at a girls’ sleepover.
Wish the guitar had just kept to the original riff though.
