Sonam Wangchen and other artists are trying to break the barrier of poor lyrics in dzongkha songs. We are one of the keen listeners of dzongkha songs before being the content creator, and we are so proud of Sonam that he is able to bring such simple and beautiful lyrics with such confined language. The lyrics always depend on which genres and what kinda listeners you are aiming for. If such lyrics are portrayed in Boedra or any classic songs, we would agree with you but for such kinda song, this is the best one, easy and meaningful one. Let us help grow them. Chening Zangmo MV is good I like Yeshi lhendhup films but lyric is not enough for the listeners like me, I dont mean to say that his song is bad, as a fan his songs are beautiful but lyric need be improved
