There are so many amazing skills at work here. Setting aside imagination (which alone would make Walt Disney blush), you've got artistry, structural engineering, an incredible eye for details, project management, creativity, a certain amount of showmanship, etc etc etc. Absolutely amazing.

I never realized just how basic the egg shape is in nature until I watched his videos lol. Now I look at myself in the mirror and just see a dozen eggs put together with molding between them to smooth out the shape.
Wow! Just…wow! Hopefully we get another Netflix season from you. Love your work!!

This dude is a true artistic genius at heart. My two favorite are the dragon on the castle and the giant octopus holding the ship. But I would like to see a locomotive made in chocolate.
I love the different skills for the tentacles!

I was a pastry chef for 35 years and made a number of chocolate showpieces in my time but all of that was before this guy and his techniques came along. Would love to have access to that much chocolate and a professional kitchen and equipment about now so I could attempt something like this.
