1 and a half cup flour (maida) 3 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Half tsp baking soda A pinch of salt Mix all the dry ingredients nicely 1 cup of warm milk- to this add 2 tbsps of melted butter mix it well - now add this gradually to the dry mixture mix it - make a batter add 1 tbsp vanilla essence - give it a final mix (thin consistency) add some butter to the fry pan and voila lmao NOTED THIS FOR ME! if this helps you, glad :)

I tried this recipe and omg the result was ABSOLUTELY amazing. They were soft and fluffy and decadent and so light and airy!!! 10/10 i wpuld totally recommend it!

I tried out this recipe a couple of days back and it turned out to be super amazing . It was extremely fluffy and I enjoyed every bit of it and the chocolate sauce and fruits enhanced the overall flavour of the pancake I just loved it . Along with chocolate sauce and fruits I added some amount of milkmaid as well and it tasted heavenly. The fruits , chocolate sauce and milkmaid were like icing on the top of the cake rather icing on top of the pancakes.
