Ingredients
3/4 th cup soft room temperature ghee
1 cup Sugar
10 Green cardamoms
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 cup + 2 tbsp Wheat flour
1/4 th cup Besan
2 tbsp Sooji
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 th tsp Baking soda
Handful of Cranberries
Note that, if your dough becomes more soggy due to ghee do not panic, keep the dough in fridge for 10 minutes, it will become easy to manage.

    You can Bake them at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. What temperature you need to keep also depends upon the size of your otg. If it's small size then keep in 160 degrees and Bake for 15 minutes. You can get around 25 cookies
