Chocolate Mousse Cups
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Candyland Creations cooking milk chocolate 250g
-Cream chilled 300ml
-Sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Directions:
-Chop coarsely cooking milk chocolate,take out in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds on medium speed then mix well until smooth.
-Let it cool down completely & set aside for later use.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat well for a minute.
-Add powdered sugar,vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Now add melted chocolate & fold with the help of spatula until well combined then transfer to a piping bag.
-In serving glass,add prepared mousse and decorate with whipped cream,crushed cereal and chocolate balls.
-Refrigerator until chilled & serve!

-Thanda ker lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cream dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Powdered cheeni aur vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ab melted chocolate dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Serving glass mein tayyar mouuse dal dein aur whipped cream,crushed cereal aur chocolate balls sa decorate ker lein.
-Refrigerator mein thanda ker lein & serve karein!
