Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake Cookies
Preheat oven 325° F
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cocoa
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup boiling water
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bake 12 -15 minutes.
Cool baked cookies 10-15 minutes before removing from pans.
Makes 4 dozen cookies
