I want to try white chocolate on the apples.. but I’m wondering if I can use blue food coloring to change the color of the white chocolate

How far in advance could these be made? Should they be stored in the fridge?

Hello! Did you add anything to the caramel?

When you said to add lemon juice to keep it turn brown is there only one lemon with water or is just one squeeze lemon without water? Thank you so much for your time and help and for sharing...

Denise De Jesus I usually buy lemon juice and just get a brush and whip it all over the apple slices and it won’t turn brown. Of course pat it dry before coating with chocolate so it will stick

does the apple turn brown since it was cut.....or you coat it quickly to prevent it?

Yes, the apples would normally turn brown but due to coating with chocolate shortly after being cut, they really don't turn brown 😊

[ Wanda ] yes i did actually! I did it this year for valentines and made $100 on the side. It wasn’t worth it tho cause I’m a college student and buying supplies and stuff costs more than I could charge :/
