You have GREAT Dogs. Chows are the BEST dogs in the world, so good, you have to say the name twice!! I would love to adopt your puppies but I have made my purpose in life to adopt older, abused, neglected Chows and give them the BEST remaining years of their life!! I was previous owner to a couple of pure breed chows. I loved their nature.My chows only cared for me wouldn’t let my son touch them. Very aloof dogs.

I have a chow, let me tell you… these are not first time owner dogs and I feel like sellers need to start vocalizing that, they are intelligent stubborn dogs, they love hard and protect hard. They don’t mess with kids(don’t prefer you to have them) but if socialized and trained properly which is very expensive,they are friendly, but skeptical of others. They are not what I like to call it for play play. These are ancient majestic animals, and need a very strong head individual to handle them. They need to come with are warning label titled as it’s a learning curve,by the way that wasn’t a insult take it as you please. They act more like cats then dog, chow owners know the real truth. The list goes on FIRST TIME BUYERS BE READY… I really love my black chow tho he’s his own person.

They also need to be honest and say thet are for sale, not adoption. I also owned a couple of cows, and thet can/are wonderful pets if owned by the right person... its unfair to the chow, not to be up front about their disposition, and needs a consistant owner training him. These people breeding cows, making money SELLING the cute factor in wrong. You can also really ADOPT apurebred Chow Chows, from a Chow Rescue that has Chows that possibly ended up there because a breeder didn't care to be sure they sold the chows to the right owner, but just wanted to make the money. Beware.

Your defiently giving slightly misleading information. It's best you inform potentional buyers the whole story of chows. I'm not far from you in Quebec. We never give false hope and promote them as being cuddly. Sure the odd one here and there but I go through a rigorous screening process when selling our litters. We turn down more people then we let adopt. Also I have been seeing this a lot lately with the puppy buisness being saturated the last two years. Everyone has just started breeding. It hurts the market big time. I suggest that you re evaluate your price. Sure 2 years ago your price would have been fair however if there is such a gap between same dog breeders, everyone loses. Located in south western Ontario, close to Toronto airport if you wanted to pick up there otherwise we will ship depending on the distance of travel

They are so cute that I can eat them. 😋

But yea, be careful. Do some research before getting one. They are an independent breed.
