Oh definitely. I had dairy a few thanksgivings ago (it was in some bread that I thought was vegan) and I got insanely sick the next day. And I’ve done it many other times, it’s just gonna happen sometimes. I just have to remind myself that I didn’t choose to eat the non vegan food and that it’s okay. So don’t hold yourself accountable. It’s just life🥰
