I think it's because she's the entire package , and only a certain type of person can appreciate that right now. But she will have her day where all her hard work pays off.

I can’t wait for Chlöe’s second album. In pieces got me through some ISH! I flew from Ireland to London for her sold out show and it was the best birthday present I could’ve given myself. Chlöe is a phenomenal live performer and deserves her flowers and accolades.

I think the issue with her is... the material and talent really does not match the push and promotion she's been given. Atp she's had about 3 mediocre starts and restarts as a solo artist and keeps coming back with the same trite subject matter and songs. Just imagine if so many other artists that actually write good material, can sing, play instruments, etc. got the same push and promotion she does.
