There are A FEW anime where dub > sub -- Cowboy Bebop, Ghost Stories, Beck (those are agreed-upon ones), etc Anyway, give the RAG dub credit. They're really trying their best on a _very_ tight schedule. Most of the characters are well-cast, esp. the main girls …as of my writing this, Sumi's episode hasn't aired yet so can't say about her.
