I can listen to her all day long. She speaks so softly yet fierce. I wish all politicians will emulate her advocacy in lifting Filipinos livelihood. She is the epitome of great leader one can have.

Ever since she married Richard she has been so consistent with everything she does. She is very intelligent and very fluent , I can listen to her the whole day. I used to clip all her writings when she still had her columns, oh she is the most wonderful politician I have come across. Thank you Chito for this beautiful and heartwarming interview really the best.

Beauty, brains, and heart. This soft spoken woman is the essence of a true Filipina. I first saw Lucy in person, up close, many years back when I was still living in Manila, before she was married. Then she went inside the same shop I was in (in Shangri - la) , that's when I realized it was Lucy (Torres) She was gorgeous! And still is today. I became a fan since then. I rarely finished an interview of a politician except President Duterte, but this one I wasn't expecting that I finished the whole interview. It was so interesting and enjoying to watch. I live in Camotes island where Ormoc City is closer than going to Cebu city. When I visited Ormoc in 2018 compared to when I first visited it in 1997, it was way different.

She was my customer at Rusty Lopez Shoe Boutique in Ayala Center, Cebu along with her elder Sister and her father wayback in 1996. They were very kind and humble and she's really simple yet beautiful in personal. Her Grandma was living in Cebu and she went in UP Lahug, Cebu in College. We often seen her in Ayala Center, Cebu when she was still studying before she became an endorser of Lux Shampoo.

Wow, I think Richard should run for president of the Philippines so we could have a first lady that's beautiful and sincere inside and out, without any guile in her character. or vise versa, Lucy the president and Richard the first gentleman.

As of this writing, for me, ORMOC is now should be the new Capital City of Leyte. It already surpasses Tacloban City in all different aspects. All praises to the better-than-the-best governance of now Mayor Lucy and bcak then with Cong Richard Gomez.

I personally admire Cong. Richard Gomez (now the Mayor of the province as i write this comment) and Mayor Lucy Torres - Gomez (now the Congresswoman of Ormoc as I again write this comment. Since it was only this time that I saw this interview) for being both as Government Officials. I admire them for their honest & keen good intentions, even if I am a non-residence of Ormoc City, but the father of my 2 kids was born & raised in Ormoc, Leyte.

Kanang mas na amaze ko kay Ms Lucy Torres-Gomez saiyang invision ug ambition para sa Ormoc.
