I don't know why I like Chishiya and Kuina more than Arisu who is the main character, maybe because they are very mysterious, especially about Chishiya's background.Maybe I like them both because they are the "THE BEST" partner duo I've ever seen in a movie!!!! Partners in Crime😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s normal to like side characters more than the MC! But I personally think Arisu is the best character he’s a good protagonist, tbh for me he’s on the same level as Usagi and Kuina

Main characters are usually made for us to relate to them, not necessarily to like them the best. Arisu probably has the most realistic personality, and his flaws can get on our nerves.

I can see that, but I can't see him as a relatable character tbh, although he's my favorite... the way he was just walking and smiling casually when in danger, while others were running to save their lives, lmao. I think Usagi, Kuina, Ann and Aguni all had more realistic personalities.

Honestly I do not ship chishiya and kuina. Not because kuina is trans or anything. In my opinion I just see those two as best friends or siblings.

Honestly same, plus I just see them as close friends that you can rely on since he only seemed to trust her, but now he seems to trust arisu and usagi as well, not just kuina

The first time i saw chishiya, i fell in love

I've watched this so many times. It's made so well, especially when the lyrics come up and the transitions.

The boss fight of Kuina is so badass. Her story is touching, she is tough - and most important - she has a good heart! Maybe the best out of the whole team. She is really one of my favourite characters of all time!!

I'm so in love with Kuina, what a queen 💓

They have such a great friendship even sometimes there like sibling like when he stopped her from walking through that little bridge or she would get killed they have a sibling like relationship I don’t think they were actually meant to come of as “in love” characters due to chishiya’s characteristics tho I think he sees something in her in a sibling like way which makes him want her as his partner in crime like a brotherly reaction to protect her and look after her to but you know you can ship them if you want

Haha I understand your point but I don't think that's why 😭 There are duos that don't always give off a romantic air, they just seem more like friends or accomplices. Personally, I ship Kuina more with Ann or with the last boss, I don't know (I know they are shipps without any dynamics but leave me) Personally I LOVE the kuina and chishiya duo but I don't see it in any kind of romance I don't think he appreciates Kuina, they basically use and don't trust each other, but they're so iconic it's impossible not to love how they work together.

I think it’s more that het relationships (and I know this technically wouldn’t be one since she is a trans woman) aren’t as popular as gay relationships. Fangirls are scared and disgusted by their own genitals, so they don’t like women in their pairings (which Kuina would have since she canonically went through the surgery). Which is pathetic and sad af.
