Very helpful. Customer support is why I bought my machine from you. Same price at Amazon, but they wouldn't care about success with the product. Keep up the good work.
The only "problem" you get from sharpening this way is that you get a concave edge, it might not be for everyone's taste. There's other option for the T8 which is with a different jig that you're able to use the side of the wheel which will create a flat edge.
