That looks like a perfect comfort meal

I'm sure you've heard of poutine (Quebecois dish of fries, cheese curds and gravy) ... We had it on the menu when I worked at the Canadian fast-food chain Harveys, but we shared a drive-thru window with Swiss Chalet (rotisserie chicken place). Those of us in the know would swap the gravy for the "Chalet sauce," a savoury, slightly herbaceous, tomato-based dipping sauce that was served with the chicken ~ bomb. Essentially the same dish since the Chalet sauce emulates the tomato-ey sauce on your beans. I did eat baked beans on toast frequently as a kid xo
