I had a misunderstanding because there are no Imperial frag with car. In Japan, Emperor's car must display Imperial frag. and the car is "Toyota Century" which spacialy made for Japanese Emperor.

The convoy during a state visit is different from the convoy during other kinds of visits such as official visits, conference visits, private, courtesy or working visits...

The thing is that South Korea and Japan don't really find the necessity to bring their own cars when their head of state is abroad. For countries like the US and China, although it's expensive they have a fair reason to put their own limo on a cargo plane and bring it with them. However, for South Korea and Japan normally just uses the bulletproof car which the visiting country provides during their visit. Maybe for the Japanese emperor, they used a Lexus because the Japanese emperor doesn't have any political power so there is no need for a bulletproof vehicle. Same thing happens for many European leaders when they are abroad. From what I remember, when there was G20 in Seoul, the South Korean government gave a bulletproof version of Hyundai Equus to the foreign leaders not bringing their own vehicle.

Shouldn't have any difference, if they are all visiting the same country and have the same level of diplomatic rank.

The thing is that when you grow up in the place where I grew,one would have to be part of very many things in other to attempt for himself.This are all forced laws which you have to abide to so as not to turn to a pig meat to someone around.Most of them eat anything that comes to the table if served and they don't make various choice of preferences in any aspect to give value to themselves or other things around and that have shifted them to reduce their personal worth in the market and decrease their chances in social calls.I would suffer trying to bridge some contacts with people so that I don't get in their way again or show them the proper way which I have been doing but wasn't going too well for my betterment.I took very care that of all the times that I was getting into trouble,I didn't let them get over me and lead me astray from what actually needed to be done and that's where I have presumed made most people choose their next motives and that is immediately after the encounter a problem they never faced before.I always get to would be asked to do something without being selfless or selfish and that would require that I get not to speak for myself or indulge in actually making to the end of line of the given task and duty.This often gets too difficult to me to what they actually have in mind to get such duties and tasks to me to work to,if it also required that I would get into trouble,it is required I don't get help from them because they have fear what the are to face from the government if they are being called in for questions.I have to work with minimal survey from the task managers and it gets very hard to get things done when the resources are just there lieing in wait and as a result I get more trouble to my hands in those mad laboratory where I happen to have found myself which are either life threatening or live saving.I have in me what I have masterminded through out the years and in whatever ways nature leads people to me,I happen to know how to handle them from the best methods which springs its own idea from within without much research or work because all that have already been done by.Recently,I lack the encouragement to continue my endeavors in my career and as this set backs keeps draining all the time I needed to facilitate a better future for me,my neighbors and the children unborn,I have to keep quiet and watch as programs that were very easily done by me is taken over by people who take excessive measures in treating matters and also the use of violence to complete such tasks and duties in the voice of for the greater good.Time as is stands can't wait for anybody and be it as it may seem,no joy is in the heart of people when I look into their eyes because they now have to be seen as people who are very wayward to the community they are in due to the authority they have over them that shapes their everyday discussions and activities in action.I don't know when it should come to peoples mind that they don't actually need to suffer themselves when the know where the answers they are finding is and that have been their result,they seem to pay attention more to the lives of the less contributive than those actually making better efforts to contribute and they also have an adventurous mind set to be at the farewell memorials of whoever they have got pinned to the consciousness to let go.Now, people do conspire amongst themselves to do certain things that the have in mind to other people so as to get in ready in them prepared to face tgieer life long challenges which they think using fast methods can deduce the diplomacy required to give in to those dractic actions and elements used. Keeping in mind everything I have to go through in school with both physical and varbal assaults very boastful in and outside my body I would only do as I can and leave the rest to God.
