It didn't come from a lab it was mutation of a coronavirus strain found in a pangolin and the research was reviewed by the U.S own National Institute of Allergy and Infections disease as having complete data.

I'm not sure wich virus will be disease X but I have a few ones in mind : - marburg, nipah virus, mutation of covid 19, another respiratory virus like MERS, swine flu (h1n1) mutation I remember in The Economist cover " The next catastrophe" they include a photo of a pig on the wall, thats why I consider that too but let's see what ends up happening.
