I`m 66 years old but feel fit according to my age. I`ve been training at a Shaolin Kung Fu academy here in Germany for nearly a year. The dream of my life is to visit your school and take part in some lessons.

Sanda is the modern day Kung fu that can counter Muay Thai kickboxing taekwondo and of course mma

Sanda is a copy of all those arts. It's just MMA with limited grappling.

​@@Krypteian sanda does not have elbows and knees as well, so the variety of throws are expanded. Also, the striking weapons in sanda are different from typical MMA gym

​@@KrypteianSanda had more emphasis on side kick while mma fighters break their shin like twigs in the middle of a fight because they lack of technique in low kicks

Sanda has 2 formats Competition And Military sanda But sanda is older than shaolin kung fu

sanda is an amazing martial art

I love China and the Shaolin arts training and I want a full year

Need to get new life, to live with people who train to the own self.

I would like to be there someday! I just have holidays in august and December for 2 weeks!!

I wouldn't go if you can only go for 2 weeks. I was a student there for 10 months and I can tell you the training only has a lasting effect if you go for at least 6-9 months. The best 2 weeks will give you is 14 days of a lot of fun and new friends from all over the world but training wise it will only give you soreness. Bottom line; Don't be scared to go for a year. I wish I did.
