Can you recommend a good aftermarket carb for my 1998 arctic cat 454 Suzuki engine. Currently has a bst34 . Thanks

i'll comment a link to one i found. Ive never tried this particular one but i have had good luck with many of these cheap carburetors so you could try it. the only thing is im pretty sure those 454's had a primer on the carb right? this one will only have a choke so you might need a choke cable as well. Just compare the pictures to yours to make sure it looks similar but this one should work for you.

@@dougbutler1131 yeah i dont see any cheap ones with the primer but you could just use the one with the choke it would work fine. the genuine carb for those are like 5-600 bucks

Is this carburetor easy to adjust for ethanol?

ive never used one of these for ethanol i always had the best luck with lectron carbs for that but they are expensive. Im not sure if you could get enough fuel through for ethanol. once when i used a keihin for methanol i had to drill out the jets because the biggest made wasnt even close for methanols burn 4.5:1 ratio. it is possible though i'd start by looking up the biggest jets they make for these.

Done any turbo stuff? This carb pops up with some turbo Harley stuff. Im looking for a good carb(x2) to put on a 2.3 turbo.

@@jasonbirch1182 Ive played around a little with a draw through setup and old mikuni round slides but havent happened to try with these. draw through just about any carb should work but blow through theres usually issues because the extra pressure makes the carb malfunction often pouring gas out the overflows.
