Thank you for the update! I saw the first video years ago and its great to see the update. I purchased a couple of these myself. Very good chainsaw and very inexpensive.

A Chinese chainsaw and an Amazon warrantly--this man has discovered the greatest chainsaw secret there is! Yields an almost-free chainsaw. Best plan I've heard of, and best review of a Chinese chainsaw I've seen so far. Great video!

Good 2 year review. I saw the first video, great also. It's hard to beat the price to quality aspect of many of these Chinese saws. I do have a stihl chainsaw, $400 in 2008, and worth every penny. Only thing is , my $99 poulan patriot is still running great after 22 years. HA HA. Yall be safe and thanks.

Have several pro Echo and Stihl saws, but after I bought a clone saw several years ago, it has been my go to saw. I actually bought two more. One to keep in whatever vehicle I am using and one as a loaner.

Bought one for a laugh for $90, and it ended up replacing my $700 stihl ms251c

I just bought a NEOTECH NCS6200 with 20" bar off their eBay store on sale and with a coupon for $118.36 shipped. I couldn't beat that deal anywhere and I only need it for occasional work.

Mine is the same model, and it also starts up quickly both cold & warm, better than my Dad's small STIHL. Did cost me 85EUR on AMAZON last year. The official 1:25-mix ratio isn't due to metric vs. imperial measurements, it is based on cheap Chinese engine oil instead of proper 2-stroke oil. I use a 1:50 mix in mine.

expecting to replace a muffler as "normal", nope, not buying that. However what you have related about the performance of the saw says that the Chinese copies have arrived. There is still inconsistency from saw to saw, brand to brand but that is also somewhat of a problem with name brand saws. If a guy buys one of these clones and realizes there may be some degree of disappointment and be able and ready to address them then these saws are a worthwhile investment. They have been "coming" for years, earlier saws were full of problems and low in quality but every year the Chinese have stepped up to raise the bar and it is now to a point that these saws are indeed respectable. My advice, run them with some good maintenance, use the heavier oil ratios they recommend, this offsets any tendency for metal failures in the engine itself. I have the Husqvarna copies, 395xp, 288 xp, 372Xp and my approach was to tear them down fully on arrival and rebuild with aftermarket high quality cylinders, pistons, OEM name brand carburetors and various other small parts that are reported suspect for lifespan and or performance, ie chain tensioners, coils and oil pumps. With all that I am still a LONG way from the name brand price for a saw and to my liking I have saws that were a fun build project, every confidence they will hold up and they do run strong.

I inherited my grandpas 5200cc clone chainsaw when he passed away. I don’t run it anymore but it surely served him good and I’ll keep it as a sentimental gift 🪵
