Chinese Ceramics: From the Neolithic to the Qing Dynasty, 2003
After three trips to the 'Middle Kingdom' in eight years (ten museum visits) I was compelled to edit the footage I have been privileged to come back with into this comprehensive DVD on chinese ceramics, unfolding in dynastic order.
The majority of the commentary within comes from a remarkable tour of the Shanghai Museum by a curator there. Additional comments are made by Coeleen Kiebert (M.S., UCSC).

Thank you for this video. It was very enjoyable. I went to China in the late '90s and before these museums were there. I have been collecting Chinese art and I appreciate learning more about the different dynasties.

@Hulagu Mongke Tang Dynasty art is well known for having absorbed a lot of influence from the west of its territory, through the ancient Silk Road, including but not limited to Persia.

I like the tour guide speaker's voice style. She speaks English very well. Her tone is strong while also very feminine. Maybe even seductive in a way. For what it is worth to say it.

If you had written that there was one particular typos at specific time points it would have helped. Sorry that my video disappointed you so much.
I pray for captions as the American accent was almost incomprehensible.

Terrible... she compares ancient mythological beasts like the unicorn and griffin to the recent Saint John church ... lady, the iconography of the west comes from the East and Middle East.
