India seems to forget BRICS was not very receptive to India being part of this alliance, but Russia persisted. Not sure India has earned respect yet. India thinks they have beat China on manufacturing, but really it is China wanting India to improve which has been the most benefit to India. China is leaving the basic skills aside and moving their economy towards higher technology, engineering and bioscience. China could have steered the basic skilled mfg to Brazil, but it is trying to enhance India. But people like Palki, don't get it. All they see is China is developing a waste land which India claims as theirs and India has not been receptive to negotiating win/win water rights. If it's manipur then the govt can't interfere with the clashes between the 2 ethnic tribes which is at political level..and by perchance the central govt interfere than the problem would grow from 1 state to more than 3 4 states.. Since in india the states related govt tends to have more power and authority than the central govt as many states have many different ethnic and culture so it's upto the elected govt of the state, so the central govt can't exert it's power or influence the indian states unless declared emergency . That's why India still has many thousands of linguistics tribes, ethnic,culture, religious n even different racial groups consisting of dark, brown,white and mongloid looking people of all which are natives for generations cos the state govt is responsible to its people rather than the central govt. If the central govt could interfere with the states govt it would've cause a civil war since there are plenty of different groups having population in each more than millions. To understand the diversity of india as the saying goes "India is a land of belonging rather than of blood"

The civilians between China and Taiwan had great relationship, with almost 2 million Taiwanese living in China and half million Communist Chinese living in Taiwan.
