this game is made in 2003 all our modern computers can run it but, the game is not optimized well. there are 50% of crash every game even with high end pc. install this to help reduce the crash : legi.cc/downloads/genpatcher/

I didn't understand what you meant. You must first have the generals game, then install the zero hour version. Now you can use the mods, you can also use the genlauncher program to install the mod. You can find many installation videos on KZread
