China President Xi Jinping's Oldest Friends in the US

In 1985, a then little-known official Xi Jinping, along with a delegation from China, visited the town of Muscatine, Iowa to study animal feed. They were hosted by resident Sarah Lande and team, staying in a simple home that is now known as the Sino-US Friendship House. It was Xi’s first time in America.
27 years later, Xi returned to Muscatine in 2012 to visit Sarah and his old friends, this time as Vice President of China. He had met President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and then Vice-President Joe Biden before making a social trip to Iowa. Sarah recalls Xi saying “You are the first people I met when I came to the United States of America. To me, you are America.”
Xi also visited the Kimberley Farm in Des Moines. He took an interest in the farm’s modern agricultural practises, striking a deal with soybean farmer Rick Kimberley to build a 4,000 acre China US demonstration farm in Hebei province.
However since the US-CHINA trade war broke out in 2018, no mention of this friendship farm has been made by Chinese officials. American farmers suffered from China’s heavy tariffs on soybeans, driving some out of business. China’s direct investments in the US have fallen from US$5.3 billion in 2018 to US$200 million in the first quarter of 2020. How will America fare, as the trade war rages on in 2021?

People in China and Japan have very strong moral foundations rooted in childhood, a society that respects its neighbor, understands its limits and therefore lives in peace and without hatred. Qualities necessary to live in peace among themselves and with the world. They are generous and don't flaunt it. During the pandemic (I buy in China for many years and I have dealt with them) they advised me on what I should do to take care of myself and they sent me free masks and disinfectants for my use, packaged with great care. I admire that society and I hope and wish you eternal peace.

US and UK could be friend because both the US and UK are anglo saxon countries and share the same culture. In international relations there are TRUE FRIENDS and it can only be formed through similiarity in race and culture, just look at NATO a military alliance which consist mostly of white race countries even russia "the best friends of China" are joined the Partnership for Peace program with NATO back then in 1994 - 2014. Trust me one day russia will betray China because White race have strong bond among their own people unlike asian who always fight each other and hate each other.

The way it's looking he won't even last a year of his term, more states are now opening an investigation into the election and there's already talks of impeachment. Great reporting. It's so unfortunate for the world that the relationship between the two countries has become so bad. We should seek coexistence as equals, as a relationship based around trying to dominate and subjugate each other can only result in calamity for all.

The fbi can't even extradite Huawei's CFO Meng Wangzhou coz their case was fabricated so they wanted her to just admit guilt so she can leave Canada. The court in Canada finds the evidence very insufficient. She won the first round in the Canadian court. You didn't know? All those lies against Huawei and they can't win a case... China is already using autopilot in almost everything.. Unmanned mining, unmanned farming, remote hospital surgeries etc. using 5g. You really need to get out there. I stumbled upon this and was surprised to see (for once) some positive aspects about China. I never understood how the Trump administration could lie so blatently about the tarifs and get away from it. The importer is paying taxes implying the costs will go up at every echelon, resulting in a financial crisis on long term. Tarifs have been abandoned since long for that reason. Happy to see the USA is waking up.
