On April 6, a seismic event measuring 4.9 rocked Ludian County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, with its epicenter located near Huodehong Town. The quake, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers, sent tremors rippling across the region.
The channel lists such natural disasters as:

2) Hydrological emergencies: Flood, Tsunami, Limnological disaster,

震度4程度なら、日本ではまあまあ揺れたね程度で家の倒壊を心配しないですね。このくらいの揺れで、外に避難することも無いですし。耐震性について、中国も良く対策された方が良いですよ。
