My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

I completely feel you on that!! I have an amazing gorgeous teenage son, a lovely home, and great friends. But unfortunately it doesn't matter what we have, sometimes anxiety and depression are really f**king hard to deal with!! Even getting out of bed can be a struggle. I just hope you can find it in you to keep pressing on. Just take each day as it comes. And on those days when you can't get out of bed, don't be too hard on yourself. It's okay to not be okay. It's okay to shut yourself off from the world. And from your friends and family. If they know you well enough and understand you, they will understand if you don't talk or answer the phone. But if you can, on those dark days, just send a small text to say you're just having a bad day and need time to yourself. Just so they don't worry. I hope you feel better soon. Sending love and positive vibes your way ❤❤❤
