Yes you are misreading it. The bar was actually “tell my story, it might buzz, we live in a fucked up world that lives to see youths glorify drugs”. What he meant was that now that he is semi famous maybe if he tells his story on how he was addicted to drugs then maybe then people will pay attention to him more. Plus smoking weed isn’t the same as smoking meth which is the real problem right now in Australia. I am an Australian, that is were my insight comes from. But awesome reaction man. I've even heard chill saying it wasn't really a proper album he was just sitting on a bunch of tracks that's why the Octagon will be much different, more of an album feel to it. Yes his songs where about woman weed and word play but I think the name came after just a title, he didn't plan it as an album , half the tracks he had made and released before the album, that's why it sounded like a playlist lol it's just a bunch fbrandom tracks chucked together
