@@MaxOakland Not sure what you're trying to imply. Not sure if you're aware, but usually good tv shows are renewed for future seasons. So it is frustrating that they have cancelled a good tv show.Let me know if you're confused.

I’m not sure where Max Oakland is coming from, but as far as popularity meaning renewing a show, that applies more to network television than streaming services. If Sabrina had been on the CW or ABC or any of those, its popularity would translate in lucrative advertising slots that would encourage the company to renew a show. However, streaming industry business approach is different: they make money through new subscriptions and usually after a show runs for 2-3 years the amount of new subscriptions it can offer is tapped out. That’s why most Netflix and Prime shows only reach 3-4 seasons max regardless of how popular they are, as they make more money by starting something new that might attract new customers to the service.

@@littlekasino That is the most frustrating part about streaming services. They're so focused about getting a high number of shows/movies they abandon the ones people are subscribed for. Only a few random shows seem to be the exception (Like Orange is the New Black)
The fact that CAOS is the show that’s getting cancelled but Riverdale is still going, really makes me throw a chair at a wall and scream of frustration.

ok so i was thinking ab the show itself, yk making a recap in my head, after i literally screamed at a wall to relieve the frustration this ending gave me, and I found something. Yk when Mambo, whose rlly some voodoo of the dead, gave Zelda some box and told her “shake this when you need me and i’ll come to you”? yeah well i think it could be a story for maybe a future part 5, and sabrina comes back and all that......please tell me i’m not crazy😂

WARNING- this comment contains spoilers for part 4 I cried myself to sleep last night because I made the mistake of watching the end of the finale before bed. The weird part is that they filmed the ending to part 4 before part 5 was canceled so that means that Sabrina was going to come back to life in part 5! But then Netflix canceled it so Sabrina is gone for good.... In my head, I imagine that after the ending, The Endless (the eldritch terror that trapped Sabrina Morningstar in an alternate universe) somehow survived the Void and as a thank you to Sabrina Morningstar for saving its life, The Endless resurrected Sabrina Morningstar and Sabrina Spellman along with Nick.

@@aw_1890 youre missing the point tho, this show is so good and has so much potential in terms of content ability that it could go on for several seasons and still be good. The subject matter is life, death, magic, and the universe, which are all deep and vast. Its not some teenage highschool drama or crappy comedy. There's a lot of really good shows that have gone on for 10+ seasons like supernatural, the original Sabrina the teenage witch, friends, the office, game of thrones, etc. Not only that, but it already had a 5th season planned, the only reason they canceled was because of covid.

Everyone in these comments are like "the story can't continue forever", "It's becoming like riverdale" "it's trash", but I can't see it.... The writing is so much better and I can rant for days on that fact, but there are a ton of things to explore that have been suggested in the previous parts (heaven and hell , balance of realms etc.) I really hope the show can continue on a different platform as rumored because it deserves another season.

Just finished watching this , I loved this season , even thought it had a emotional ending This was the Best Show i have watched in 2020 , I can't believe they cancelled this for riverdale , All of y'all should watch this.
The most heartbreaking part was Edward's refusal to acknowledge Sabrina as his daughter. Like WTF, I thought it wasn't actually him but it really was him. Lucifer was a much better father.

Caliban is at the alter when Sabrina is being walked down the isle by Lucifer. I’m so excited for there wedding! There is also a shot of him sitting on the throne of hell, but that’s only in the trailer that’s on Netflix. There is also a shot of him and Sabrina dancing in hell. So don’t worry, I suspect we will be seeing a lot of Caliban in part 4
If HBO would pick this up and hire better writers this could definitely be one hell of a great series. 😭

They usually cancel their shows after 20-30 episodes so they can have time for other Netflix original shows.

It’s unlikely that Netflix will renew the show. Our only best bet is that another platform such as HBO or Amazon or Hulu offer to pick the show up next year. Or maybe The CW as they were originally pitched to have CAOS. And seeing as they have close ties with Riverdale, and there was a plan for a Riverdale crossover in Part 5... may make sense

@@silvania1989 well technically in theory if a good company were to pick it up it could be saved because, if you remember in the end of part 3, sabrina lives to when zelda dies of old age... so if they were to ever be able to gain the rights, they could possibly save the show and give it the last kickass season it deserves, but i’m not holding my breath.
*I wish they didn’t cast the final season curse on this show.*

Me Bitch Yeah! They should have postponed part 5 until next year! On the one hand I’m happy that Netflix picked up Lucifer and uncanceled it so it’s getting a 6th season but on the other hand I am soooooo pissed off that they are canceling Sabrina! Me Bitch Ive never agreed with something more. Netflix knows that we are desperate for another part and they know how successful CAOS is but they are choosing not to listen! I’m so pissed at them. I still have a tiny sliver of hope that Netflix will realize their mistake or that another network will pick up the show.

That is not breaking the fourth wall😂.. and in season 3 Sabrina already said similar line to Harvey about him & Rosalind.. she literally said “You guys are ENDGAME” Idk but I don’t think either of the couple would be endgame, seriously.. too plain obvious I mean Sabrina keep repeating “I’m a half witch, I’m daughter of Edward Spellman”.. but we know despite saying that, she is not Edward’s daughter, and she is not exactly of witch blood or an actual Spellman by heritage
How the hell does this amazing show get cancelled, but Riverdale keeps running?! Netflix, please get your priorities straight.

neo Tbh I enjoyed the whole series but I think they were running out of ideas at the end of the second season, after that it went all over the place and there are many things I disliked about the show. I think it was time it give it an end but it was so rushed, this is truly a disappointing ending. It's a pity.

I feel like the writers are purposely doing it as a humorous response to Nabrina stans who has kept pushing them for the “endgame” thing all the time.. I mean that fanservice line was not only will be in the show, they even show it in the official trailer😂😂 At least that’s what I think.. this is me giving the writers the benefit of doubt for their intelligence

Legit canceled my Netflix account when I saw how many shows I liked where getting cancelled. They keep investing in terrible movies & shows. The show I’m sorry, lost in space, the oa, now caos cancelled? Oh also all the comic book spin offs. Like black panther cancelled, I cant even remember the other one it was with kristin ritler that show was amazing. What are people watching that amazing shows get cancelled? It really annoys me. Also Jessica Jones, Violet Ever garden Movie Dubbed(not coming), Ozark, Dead To Me.

They've removed or cancelled literally everything of worth, not to mention the fact that here in NZ we pay two times more than Americans for only an eighth of the content, and they're raising the price even more this year.

WARNING- this comment and the replies contain spoilers for part 4 I cried myself to sleep last night because I made the mistake of watching the end of the finale before bed. The weird part is that they filmed the ending to part 4 before part 5 was canceled so that means that Sabrina was going to come back to life in part 5! But then Netflix canceled it so Sabrina is gone for good.... In my head, I imagine that after the ending, The Endless (the eldritch terror that trapped Sabrina Morningstar in an alternate universe) somehow survived the Void and as a thank you to Sabrina Morningstar for saving its life, The Endless resurrected Sabrina Morningstar and Sabrina Spellman along with Nick. I’m forever emotionally destroyed by that ending.

Bryce Lorilla Apparently Lucifer was an asshole to Sabrina Spellman because the way he sees it, Sabrina Spellman is his “false” daughter. He sees Sabrina Morningstar as his daughter and he sees Sabrina Spellman as the person who took Morningstars body.
