I love Chilli but that is a lifetime of eating well, drinking water, working out and staying basically the same size all of your adult life. I could start today and still wouldn't look very youthful in my 40s. My advice to women in their 20s and late teens, start now.

Genetics are key as well. The next person could do everything she was/is doing for the same amount of time and not get the same results!

I already know that waters good for you ofc, I drink over 2 L a day but it's when someone like Chilli says it, it feels like new amazing information that will transform me into a person if I follow her tips & advice haha

Chilli girlfriend looks good. Taking care of yourself it really shows.

Her hair always looks great whether she has it diffused and curly like this or leaves it more natural long loose waves and straight in parts. I have type 2 hair, I would love to see her hair care routine on an adverage week.

Don't forget genetics. Some drink water all day and still have horrible skin and hair breakage. Just like you have fat people that will eat like once or twice a day; yet, they are fat. Then you have your skinny people who eat all day; yet, they never gain weight because their parents were super skinny. Don't get disappointed when genetics overpowers your health regimen.

If you only eat once a day, you will destroy your metabolism. That could cause weight gain. Nobody should eat one meal a day. Eating all day will not make you gain weight. You have to ask yourself a question. What types of foods are you eating. I can eat lots of healthy food all day and not gain weight or I could a little bit of high calorie high fat, and high sugar junk food and gain a ton of weight. Genetics affect us, but we still have the ability to ,make smart choices.

As much as I love chilli I have to disagree it's ok to drink soda sometimes so long as you balance it out with water

While you are correct about fermentation most wines are not made so simply. If you do your research you will find that most wines contain chemicals like potassium sorbate along with many other uneccessary ingredients to speed up the natural fermentation process. This is why it has become devils juice.🤷‍♀️
