Juan Flowers said the Killer is dead and the gun was thrown in the river on reasonable doubt.

So C didn't do it but he initiated the funk. So he is basically culpable for swinging first then the crowd stomped him.

The prosecutors’ interview with Wango happened in 2004 but it wasn’t released for 4-5 years after that. He was facing witness tampering charges and said something to the effect of seeing Cee with a small gun in his boot that night. That was foul.
