I love this playlist so much it just always puts me in the right head space. The soft piano notes and chirping birds just clear away any sotrm cloud in my head and somehow allows my mind to breathe, as if green feilds and blue skies have invaded my brain. I have adhd and im sure any one who has it too can relate to the feeling of some sounds/songs being too loud but silence being just as loud. Yet something about this just feels right. Like the noises arent loud, it isint even music its just sounds that make me feel calm, like the world feels full but not deafening.

コメントありがとうございます！　まさにまさに…京都です！　このBGM集は3つの作品をMixしたものですが、3つ目は「こだまする夏物語」という作品で、描かれているのは京都の清滝なんですよ🏞😉。　 音楽を担当くださったのは、Daijiro Nakagawaさん。「思い入れのある自然の風景」というテーマに対して、この場所を挙げ、ぴったりのサウンドを作ってくださいました🎵 「昔行ってた川」は清滝でしたか？

Trying to make my 1-2 months old baby sister sleep is hard. Listen to this she will fall asleep and I cry thinking about the things my parents did when I was a baby Being with you is strangely peaceful - Being away from you feels strange but also quite peaceful.

im scared. im scared of failing, of not being good enough. I'm scared of not being able to pass that exam in time. I'm scared of letting my mom down. I'm scared of the future, how it will turn out. I'm scared. I just want everything to be okay. Sometimes i think about falling asleep one day and never waking up. Sometimes I imagine a future where I'm at peace with where I am, who I am. Sometimes I want to go outside, sit on a grassy hill and scream everything out until my throat hurts and my chest feels lighter. Sometimes I want to lock myself in the bathroom, sit under the water and cry until I just can't cry anymore. I just want to feel okay again.
