Ymer Jensen I love Klaus, he is so funny and charismatic. I was kidding about being an a-hole because he lures people into eating the hottest chilis available by being sweet and sounding so innocent while talking about them. :D But he sure seems to be happy about watching people be in pain.

it is a little borderline moronic to just pop a trinidad like that... especially for people not accustomed to super hot chilies. some people don't realize just how painful it is: it's not just the burn in the mouth, the whole body reacts to it. some people's bodies start shaking... stomach spasms, shortness of breath, etc..

I am a fan of Hot Ones. I learned about you from watching your adventures with Sean. I am now a HUGE fan of you. I have not laughed so hard in a very long time. Chili Klaus...you are an evil genius.

They eat the strongest one and then Klaus starts telling him that in Trinidad they dont eat it and instead they use it with paint to keep the ships bottom clean. 🤣😂😂

luckily he didn't touch the insides of the chili... while we're on the subject, the worst i've had it, was touching my ear canal.. by far the worst burn. eyes are bad, the nose is twice as bad, under the fingernails is pretty bad, the balls are not that bad :}:}

I love watching the reaction of these guys. Its so hot and Unsettling, its as if they are 2 badly wounded soldiers on a Battlefield, writhing and agonizing in pain - trying to survive while trying to support each other in their struggle. A Brotherhood is instantly formed. Good stuff!

Right now in my garden I have ghost, Trinidad scorpion and Carolina reaper pepper plants growing.

I can't figure out why watching Klaus torture people is so funny, but I cannot stop laughing.

Top tip (it wont taste nice i warned you) but yeah! Salty milk! Cures heat pretty quick. We use salt in hot Chutney sonit doesnt makebthe burn stick to your mouth; the milk is milk.. it soothes it. also its not so healthy to do this often but try having some oil before hand. Oil lines your stomack and throat so its a smoother burn.

It's funny how he underplays the chili and the experience before they pop them into their mouths. Almost as if he's cajoling the guest into trying the hottest one. And then after they start chewing he eludes into what sort of intense experience they're in for, hilarious.

LMFAO, it was so funny. He was kinda 'Just hit me, I can take it' but he did fast realize this was no ordinary Chilli. And the way they can't sit still. You can get used to it, and even addicted to Chilli, but Chilli Klaus is very obviously used to it and has probably been eating strong Chilli for years. This is so funny no matter who and language. :)

Why does he always bring a glass of water with him? My experience with chili ( which is somewhat limited - haven't eaten a raw one) is that water does absolutely nothing to help with the fire in your body. When I eat to much chili or to hot food I find that yoghurt, milk, bananas or bread are the only things that help. But Klaus is quite a pro at this so I he has his tricks - or maybe he doesn't need them.
