Vocal technique? What vocal technique? LOL...I love CoB, but let's be honest: Alexi Laiho is no Mikael Akerfeldt or Johan Hegg.

+Christopher Fox Meh, there is a certain way that you have to scream and it does take quite a bit of getting used to. That being said though, you are most definitely correct. I do a lot of vocal training - when it comes to screams, everything from Atreyu and Bullet for my Valentine all the way to Arch Enemy and Cradle of Filth - but Alexi's vocals are among the easiest to do. But let's be honest, people don't buy a Bodom record for Alexi's voice.

+Aaron Turner I think his voice is really good and he has great technique which for him looks super easy to do

Andrej Kelčík No arguments here. I do actually like Alexi's vocals, but most people who buy a Bodom record are buying it for basically everything but the vocals. Its all about dat geetar.

+Aaron Turner Im buying their records cause of all the instruments, including vocals, I'm not into death metal and screaming stuff, but I love COB, and the vocals too... Wow ppl have different opinion, you didnt expect that right?
