Childhood Stories, Celebrity Motherhood & Being a ‘Perfect’ Parent | Soha Ali Khan | Tiffin Break

In conversation with Revant Bhate (CEO Mosaic Wellness) is Soha Ali Khan, popular actor and children’s book author who talks to us about her journey navigating parenthood, fame and learning new things about herself through her unique challenges who have shaped who she is today.
Her childhood, being the youngest in the Khan family, what being the youngest child shaped her personality gives us an insider’s look into what it means being born into a celebrity family, and how it just strengthened Soha’s personhood. She also gets personal about her pregnancy journey, and how her relationship with her husband underwent a change through this life-changing experience.
The softness and malleability of early childhood has made both Soha and Revant more conscious about their habits. Does parenting force you to become the best versions of yourself? Watch to find out what Soha has to say about this! We also talk about toddlers and their meal plans - sugar restrictions and food habits can lay the foundation for their relationship with food.

The celebrities due to family association must understand India has highest poverty rates, and mothers are worrying about providing foods, so, there children do not starve ! There are millions street children, the media needs to concentrate to try to finds solutions for saving these street children ! Western parenting model and dressing does not make one western !
