Actually this is the tip I used to recommend to new players! You are going to struggle finding crit for all your characters, so just use attack and DMG bonus goblet until you reach the point where you want yo optimize everyone

Pure atk build surprisingly works on Jean so she can be a decent phys dps, anemo sub dps and a healer. Still needs above 50% crit rate tho

I used to play Eula with 3 atk % artefacts, wolf gravestone and gladiator set when i was low AR, fun times :-)
