Son taken by Mother-in-law from mother in South Korea 폭행하는 남편/시어머니 아기 납치

Ойындар

South Korea Family Court, please do what is right and return my son, who has been wrongfully taken and withheld. A child should not be separated from any parent, especially a mother, only 3 months after birth. These are crucial bonding and developmental stages in my sons life that he will never get back. The court should handle such cases with speed and empathy for the child involved. I hope the court stops treating forigner parents with a lack of respect and lack of proper resources during such family cases, especially when abuse is involved. Please treat forigner spouses and their children as people too. Bring back my son please. Korean Consulate in Chicago

정말 충격적이네요 폭력을 행사한 남편 손에 양육권을 맡기다니 끔직한 일입니다! 하루 빨리 아이들이 엄마 품으로 돌아 갈 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Hi, I am in a similar situations and there are other international parents & many many domestic cases inside of Korea. This is not a lawyer problem. It's the law that is made wrong. Basically you can run away with your child and separate them from the other parent. Even with court orders. The reason is there is no penalty. That's why my ex-wife is laughing at the court orders. Korea should not continue to ignore this problem.

@@bringbryanback I’m so sorry this has happened to you too. I’m not sure how I can help but maybe I’ll try and contact some online new websites to draw more attention to this? Maybe more pressure and eyes on Korea will help

What kind of MIL do this ? Asian MIL do. These types of cases are very common to be seen in all of Asia. Whether it's arab countries, south asia, south east asia or east asia. These MIL intentionally do these kinds of things to disturb their own son's marriage by saying bad things about their wives and bring him to their side.

I have a middle level topik exam level. I understand 70% of spoken korean, but my speaking isn't always grammatical, and the law enforcement and legal forms are all words I never had to deal with before sadly. Half the time I had a hard time knowing what they were mentioning

@yoomsuu I have 0 friends. We just moved in March to the new area and I have no friends here I know Noone. His family has lived in this city over 20 years. I did have a nice couple who drove all the way from inches once to help translate, but they run businesses and have a baby so it's not possible often. I agree legal documents are hard I have a lawyer but it's still hard

@@courtneytheenthusiast Ugh I'm so sorry. It's like they isolated you which makes everything else much worse. :( Have your parents or any family been able to go to Korea to support you? I'm glad you have a lawyer but being alone during this time isn't good either.
