Because ever since Bill Clinton's child safety welfare act it gives the federal money the right to commission state agencies namely CPS into performing a dirty deed for them for a commission called a barrel grant and that commission is to have that child adopted outside of its biological family by Boston parents poor already on the payroll they didn't receive that hundred thousand dollar grant for that child's body

The foster mom warned dcs repeatedly that the boy was being abused by his biological parents and they did nothing. There is absolutely no excuse.

I dont Thank you have any experience or right to speak on this subject if she is a foster mom or parents she is already on the city and state payroll she's already part of the system and itself for her not reported to CPS is basically CPS not reporting it to themselves they will try to use her and you did also as the scapegoat when the scapegoat is her employer and that who is always been protected because they are the worlds largest traffickers of human children@@dtrtuscay826

This squirmy little director needs to get a new job. Maybe bagging groceries. Better he allow a customer's eggs to break than let another innocent child die a horrible death at the hands of brutal "parents".

No need to insult grocery baggers. That's honest work. This level of incompetence is found in people who are paid way too much to do nothing. A grocery bagger who keeps breaking eggs usually doesn't have the luxury of keeping their job

After four years! Wth is the matter with these people that he should be moved after all this time? I know they like to reunite families but they bond with people . I just don't understand why they would move these kids around like chess pieces . They need stability .

More than once he has referred to "a team of xyz"... whatever that keeps a hedge around his do-nothing self.

Why did he not do his homework before he came to court?

I don't know why they'd subpoena the director. He doesn't work directly with kids. He doesn't even directly work with the employees who work directly with kids. 🤦‍♀️ Non-compliance with ASFA is the reason Judah was returned to his parents long after their rights should have been terminated. The worker should have, by federal law, been putting forth reasonable effort to reunify, and if the parents weren't complying, their rights should have been terminated. The law says parents with a kid in foster care 15 out of the most recent 22 months have to have the child returned or rights terminated so the child can have permanency. Even if the worker dropped the ball, the juvenile judge and the guardian ad litem have the same responsibility to comply with the law. Where the hell were they?

From what I heard, the social worker did not want to return that kid to his bio parents..however her supervisors overruled her.

He oversees it all. He is negligent in his duties. When the country falls apart, we blame the President. Same goes in this situation.

He doesn't seem to know much of anything or be in charge of anything. Did they really request they send in the janitor for this case ?Boy you can tell that ear-to-ear grin he's done this before and he knows you just say I don't know I don't know that's not my department and go home and whoop up on your kids I guess

He isn't involved in going through his email to get information that was requested of him he isn't involved in the care of children he isn't involved in checking out complaints. Are the taxpayers footing the bill for him because they're getting ripped off if they are. I could probably pay what he's worth and I'm unemployed

Keeping children safe is obviously not the #1 priority with this guy. Conscientious empathy and caring compassion for the vulnerable should be the number one priorities in hiring candidates. Government agencies often are too big therefore disconnected to create effective systems for everyday human needs. I have first hand knowledge that even the ombudsmen level for the elderly in nursing homes is ineffective. Just as HR exists for the sake of the company or Customer Complaint Depts. in hospitals exist for the sake of the hospitals. Government 'systems' need a huge overhaul to work from the vulnerable up rather than the typical gov't establishment down model. Big gov't beaurocracy is sadly killing the vulnerable.

Is that Gina at the prosecution table??? 😢

@@laliciaj1 thanks for reply.. It's tragic isn't it.. He was so loved n settled, absolutely no rationale in sending him from safety into danger.. heart breaks for Gina n her family.. I hope she takes some comfort at least in knowing Judah knew love, simply because it came from her and her family.

He's not involved in the day-to-day responsibilities. What is the involved in the one week maybe a month responsibilities as long as someone else is handling those responsibilities. And I'm going to guess the taxpayers are showing out their hard-earned that they actually earned paycheck to put the paycheck for him. He's doing a good job of sucking his thumb or picking his nose or whatever he's got his hand up there for. I think his paycheck should be a little bit smaller for that because anybody can do that

Is someone needs that many lawyers to get them out of the trouble they got themselves into they're probably in a lot of trouble and the taxpayers are probably paying for that too . Our government should probably just send out balance of where we want to direct our tax money to. I bet they'll cut this service out because it doesn't seem to be doing anything. If something is just eating money and farting a money fart that's not worth any money
