Hello handsome! Chief is a talented beautiful Gypsy Vanner cross gelding. He is gentle and friendly on the ground. Always easy to catch, stands good to saddle and mount, waits for you to cue him to walk off. An awesome trail horse that rides confidently out by himself and is happy to lead or follow in a group. Chief has an excellent neckrein, moves off of your legs and is responsive to all cues. He is smooth riding with a nice trot , takes his leads and steps right up into a good collected canter. He’s excellent with dogs, wildlife, water crossing and all types of machinery and 4 wheelers. Chief is great going up and down steep areas, goes over downed trees, rocks and brush. Is good with
tarps, ropes, drags logs, opens and closes gates easily .
Chief is a fun horse with lots of personality and plenty of skill to do any job you need him for.
