RECIPE:
✅ Wash and dry the chicken. Cut the breast and press it with your hands, and add salt
✅ Make the marinade: oil, olive oil, pepper, dry mixture of spices and red pepper. Do you like spicy? Can chili.
✅ Coat the chicken with marinade on all sides
✅ Prepare vegetables and season: oil, dry spice mixture and salt
✅ Place the chicken in the baking dish and arrange the vegetables next to it
✅ Cover with aluminum foil and leave to bake for 60 minutes at 200°C
✅ Remove the foil and let it bake for another 15 minutes
