Instead of salt yeast should be activated with a little sugar or without. The salt can be mixed in with the flour but never directly with yeast, as salt diactivates yeast.The dough will rise double, triple in size this way. I appreciate your videos, so am only sharing this as i bake a lot at home. 🙂

Hello Namaskar I love taipos! Since I tried once in Kalimpong dist. I have become a fan of it XD Since then I tried to cook teipo myself but i am having an issue The dough is either become so thick or so smooth (liquidity) after I keep it for fermentation for around 1hour Any suggestions please?
