Chicken Tikka Pockets | Air fryer Chicken Tikka pocket | Shabosphere

If you have plenty of frozen Paratha , then try out this snack . Chicken Tikka Pockets in #airfryer . Simple and Easy . Be sure to make this just before serving so its warm crispy 👍
Chicken Tikka marination
Chicken - 400 gm bone less cut small
Green Chili - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Yogurt-2 tbs
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Red Chili powder-1/2 tbs
Turmeric-1 tsp
Coriander powder -2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1 tsp
Salt
Mix and marinate for 15-20 minutes
Chicken Tikka filling
Chicken Tikka -1 cup marinated
Onion -1 sliced
Capsicum -1 small sliced
Coriander leaves -2 tbs
Oil
Egg -1 ( mixed with salt and pepper for egg wash )
Black seeds -1 tsp
Oil
Mint yogurt sauce -3 tbs (recipe below)
Mozzarella-3 tbs
Charcoal or coconut shell to smoke .
Frozen Instant Paratha -3
To a pan add oil and fry the chicken , when almost cooked add the onions , capsicum and coriander leaves . Add salt
Now you can smoke the masala for flavour .
Add the mint sauce and cheese to the filling and mix well .
Keep out the the Paratha to defrost (be sure not keep out for long , it would be too sticky )
Remove and place it in a baking paper add the filling , give egg wash inside and fold it . Apply egg wash all around the Paratha pocket out side too . Then sprinkle the black seeds .
Pre heat air fryer 2 min 180 c . Then air fry 180 c 15 min - half way through 6 min open and flip the other side and cook . Each air fryer timings are different so always do a test fry with one snack know the timings for desired colour and crisp .
Serve with the yogurt mint sauce .
Yogurt mint sauce dip
Green chili-2
Garlic -1
Mint leaves -3 tbs
Coriander leaves -2 tbs
Yougurt -2 tbs
Mayyonaise -2 tbs
Chili flakes -1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt
Grind all to a smooth sauce.
