1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp salt or more to taste

Mint yoghurt chutney (Optional)
20g fresh mint
3/4 cup plain yoghurt
1 tsp Lime juice
Salt & pepper

turn the chicken and spread Marinade on the other side.
7. Bake for a further 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

As you are placing a tray above the bottom heating rods (i.e between the heating rods and the wire rack) heat shall not reach upto the chicken.

Hey, this is Sunetra again! I'm preparing chicken tandoori at this moment (😑) following your recipe. What I'm noticing is that the heater light is going off repeatedly. I'm using Bajaj OTG. Is this normal? It's almost 15 minutes, but still I can't see that brownish color on the chicken pieces. 😪

Please forgive me Sunetra for replying late and not being there on time. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal. @@science_sir Hey that's absolutely okay! At least you bother to address every query.. 🙂 What I think is that, as I kept the marinated chicken overnight in the fridge, it required higher temperature to get cooked. When I increased the temperature to 200 degrees, it started getting the colour (though that was late 😐). Nevermind, this was my first time using an OTG and the chicken was edible! Maybe next time it'll be better! 😛 Thank you! 🙂
